NextGen NP-F 9500PW is a special FBE coating for use in contact with hot and cold potable drinking water, it’s tested as per BS6920 up to 85°C and has WRAS approval for contact with hot and cold water.
NP-F 9500PW series normally applied in the temperature range 200°C to 250°C up to 500 microns as a stand-alone anti corrosion coating. It is applied to preheated steel as a dry powder, which melts and cures to a uniform protective coating. NP-F 9500PW series have very good adhesion to the metal surface and provide long term mechanical and chemical resistance at various operational temperatures. It has High mechanical impact strength and penetration resistance, very low permeability to water vapors.
NP-F 9500PW series is available in blue color in different gel times as per pipe, tubes, valves and fittings wall thicknesses.
